1. Ustad Bismillah Khan:

First of all, let's start with India’s very famous composer Ustad Bismillah Khan, who was a shehnai player and used to create a breathtaking melody of music and was also able to explain the touch of Indian culture through his musical art.

He is a respected figure in Indian music and made the shehnai a popular instrument through his music. He has been enthralled with his talent by playing shehnai in many national events. Ustad Bismillah Khan has been honored with Bharat Ratna, Padma Vibhushan, and Padma Bhushan. He enthralled music lovers globally with his music.

2. Pandit Ravi Shankar:

The King of Indian Classical Music, Pandit Ravi Shankar was the most famous player of Sitar. The composer of the 20th century, who was not only the most popular but also one of the Indian music masters. His music has also had a global impact. He was honored with numerous awards and honors during his lifetime.

3. HariprasadChaurasia:

A master of flute instrument who has registered his name in the count of best and great in North Indian bamboo flute. Despite being the son of a wrestler, Hariprasad went against his father and secretly started learning classical vocal music from the age of 15 from his neighbor.

5. Jagjit Singh:

He is the 'Ghazal King' who is a pride for India, this famous Indian singer, writer, composer achieved incredible success in many genres of music with his pure soulful and catchy voice.

His talent does not end there, Jagjit Singh is also considered a very good composer of romantic tunes, sad compositions, and devotional bhajans. Better yet, in Jagjit's life, this musician was married to another leading female musician, Chitra. Together these two made music like magic.

6. R.D. Burman:

Rahul Dev Burman (R. D. Burman) is considered one of the greatest music composers of India. From the 1960s to the 1990s, he has given his magical music for 331 films.

He was the composer who introduced the Hindi film world to western touch tunes. He was a purely magical musician who turned his thoughts into music. He changed the trend of music with his innovative and unique melodies, which were very new to Indian ears.

His name is enough in itself to make him our favorite and a living legend. He is a magician. His music creates a deep image in the human heart. AR Rahman is indeed a leader who has revolutionized Indian film music over the past two decades, be it Roja or Rockstar as his music enthralled audiences.

Currently, he is one of the best-selling recording artists in the world. We just wish that this pure soul continues to create such pure music for us.
